Before launching Michelle Junot Creative in Houston, Michelle worked at Episcopal Collegiate School, an outstanding independent K-12 school in Little Rock, Arkansas. As the Director of Annual Giving and then the Director of Development, Michelle led the school’s annual and capital fundraising initiatives as well as donor stewardship activities.
An important aspect of Episcopal Collegiate’s donor stewardship program was the design, production, and distribution of an annual fundraising report and donor listing. With her unique background in design and writing paired with her love of data and storytelling, Michelle was able to take lead on these reports each year during her tenure.
